It’s finally here: the moment Chambers Creek residents have been eagerly awaiting! The Summit, our 55+ new amenity center, is now open and ready to become the central hub of our master-planned community. Perched on the highest point in the area, The Summit offers breathtaking views of rolling hills and stunning sunsets. This beautiful scenery creates the perfect backdrop as residents gather, mingle, and embrace an active lifestyle with our many on-site amenities, from our state-of-the-art fitness center to a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, and so much more.

A new amenity center wouldn’t be worth much without some amenities, and at Chambers Creek, we’re bringing some of the most amazing ones you could ask for to The Summit. For starters, there is Jerry’s Cafe you’ll find cozy gathering spaces, including an outdoor patio with a fire pit, not to mention meeting rooms, and more. But, of course, that’s not all. For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, there’s a state-of-the-art fitness center plus a movement studio, as well as fun games such as cornhole. Even more exciting amenities will arrive at The Summit in the coming months, including a resort-style pool and new pickleball courts, which bring many great health benefits to Chambers Creek residents!

The Summit just celebrated its grand opening, and we had quite a party! Residents enjoyed live music from some great musicians, delicious food-truck fare, and plenty of family fun!
